This recipe can be used as both a dip or spread and is also gluten free. If you follow the recipes amounts, then it makes about 1 1/2 cups. It’s creamy and smooth with just the right amount of spice. Perfect for summer entertaining!

Garlic Jalapeño Whipped Feta

2 tsp fresh basil
2 cloves of garlic
1 Jalapeño
2 tsp fresh parsley
1 tbsp roughly chopped red onion

1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp red wine vinegar

8 oz cream cheese
3 oz Feta

Add cream cheese and Feta to a food processor and mix until creamy. Add remaining ingredients until the dip has been mixed to a chopped and smooth consistency. Now eat the ever loving shit out of it. It’s that simple.
