Fall and winter really fuck my skin up. I go from an oily summer princess, to a sad and dry court jester. I often whip up my own because they’re super easy and fast to make. All I do when I’m done is slap any leftovers in a sealed mason jar and keep in the fridge until I use the remainder of it (it will last for one to two months).

Berry Sugar Scrub

1/4 cup freeze dried strawberries or raspberries
1/4 cup freeze dries blueberries
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup coconut oil
6 drops cheer oil

Fall Sugar Scrub

1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup coconut oil
4 drops cassia oil
4 drops clove oil

Coconut Salt Scrub

1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 cup pink Himalayan or sea salt
15 drops your favourite essential oil

Coffee Scrub

1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup coffee grounds
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup vitamin E oil

Candy Cane Sugar Scrub

1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup coconut oil
12 drops peppermint oil
Skin safe food colouring
