Honey Heel Treatment

It’s summer. It’s hot and it’s the only time of the year you can wear those wedges and flip flops. If your feet are beginning to get dragon like, don’t even bother wasting your time trying to pumice them every day. Instead, try using this cream every night before you climb into bed. Pumice the dead skin off in the shower, slather on this cream, cover with some socks and rinse off in the morning. You won’t have to repeat it again for a while and you’ll slowly phase your pumice out. Remember, at the beginning you will have to get the dead skin off first so that the treatment can sink in and help repair, but after a while you’ll just be able to do the treatment because your heels will be moisturized with less dead and rough skin.

Honey Heel Treatment

1 cup warmed organic honey
1-2 tablespoons whole milk
The juice of 1 whole orange
Pumice stone or foot file

Warm the honey and milk and stir together. Add your orange juice and stir until it is all melded nicely. Done and done.

*Note* This treatment will last for a month in the fridge. Do not keep it on the counter or in your bathroom. The fridge is this guys home. Goodbye dragon feet!
