While I’m writing about work out music, I feel the need to point out that I’m eating a chocolate chip cookie from the bakery because, well, balance lol. I’m just saying I would eat one on the treadmill if I really wanted one, but that’s not the point. The point is besides cookies, music is some of my biggest motivations. You play the right song (CCR), and I immediately want a beer. The same goes for working out. So copy down some of these songs and download them if you want some good jams that will get you through your next exercise session.

That should get you through at least a couple of workouts. Now, remember, these are not lists of my favourite songs. I just find they are songs I can keep a good rhythm or beat to and I like them for different tempo changes. So if you ever want an updated list using only classic rock, etc, then feel free to shoot me a message and I’ll whip one up. Happy listening!
