Have you ever tried to make Kale chips? I’ll be honest. They don’t hit the spot like a good old bag of regular chips, but sometimes you’re just craving crunch and these get the job done. Give them a shot.

Ingredients

1. 1 head of kale
2. Coconut oil
3. Sea salt or garlic salt or seasoning salt (pick your favourite)
4. Cayenne pepper

Directions

1. Remove the stem from the kale.
2. Add kale to baking sheet.
3. Spray with coconut oil.
4. Add some cayenne pepper.
5. Add some salt of choice.
6. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.

Sometimes when I’m feeling sassy I’ll add popcorn seasoning like salt and vinegar or dill pickle once it’s out of the oven for a little extra flavour. Do you have any seasoning that you use? Let me know because I would love to try it out.
