Here come the holidays. I personally don’t enjoy Christmas, but do you know what I do enjoy? Coffee. And lots of it. So in an attempt to pull something amazing out of a horrible time of the year for me, I’ve put the two together. It’s called balance lol. Here is a yummy holiday coffee recipe that you can make ahead (because it’s all dry ingredients), keep in an airtight container, and pull out and brew whenever you need a holiday pick me up.
Christmas Coffee
1 pound medium roast coffee
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
In a large bowl, mix coffee with ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Scrape the vanilla beans from the pod into the mixture. Mix very well. Place in an airtight jar or sealable coffee bags. Enjoy.
Pro tip: place a cute ribbon and tag around your sealable jar and you’ve got a cute little present or stocking stuffer for the coffee lover in your life.
I hope all of you coffee lovers enjoy this one over the holidays!
