So many people ask me “damn girl! What’s in your bag?”. Not because I’m fabulous, but because I’m like a wizard bag lady and if you need a product, chances are I will have it. It’s not that I carry seven thousand products. I can’t. I’m a mom. I know that the second that i turn my head, my son will dump everything out on the floor in front of strangers. Which as you know, can turn anywhere into a little place I like to call “tampon alley”. I just happen to carry things that i have used for so many years now that i cant live without them. So if you were ever curious about those items that you should fire into your bag, here’s a look at my list of faves.

-Roberto Cavalli perfume. He makes many scents and they are all absolutely fabulous.
-Sunglasses. Mainly because my son wakes up at the crack of dawn and I have bags under my eyes. So they’re to hide my shame.
-Benefit Erase Paste concealer in No 1. See number two as to why.
-Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair moisturizer with SPF 30. I’m very picky with my face lotion and my skin is as dry as a lizard in the sun. This goes on super smooth and hydrates your skin all day.
-Nail Glue. I could literally build you a house with nail glue. It can be used for everything. From fixing the obvious( your nails) to glueing a gem that fell out of your earring. It’s a handy thing to always have.
-Smith’s Rosebud Salve. This is a cult favorite for a lot of people. It goes on super smooth and smells like roses. I even use it on my son when he has chapped lips or when they are red from him licking them. Plus it can double as a perfect cuticle cream if you have dry cuticles or hang nails.
-Christian Dior Creme De Rose Smoothing Plumping Lip Balm. If Rosebud Salve had a pumped up older brother, this would be it. It also smells like roses and is very moisturizing, but it has plumping components in it that give your lips a little extra pout.
-Nars Blush in Orgasm. This blush is recommended by almost every makeup artist out there. It really does give you the perfect flush. Which if your running out the door and don’t have time for makeup can make the world of difference.
-L’OCCITANE En Provence Dry Skin Hand Cream. A little dab of this will seriously do ya. And it’s a great gimmick for kids with skinned knees and elbows. It’s very rich and soothing so its good for mama and good for baby.
-Dior Lip Maximizer Collagin Activ. The perfect clear gloss for when you want to look half assed pulled together.
-Hair Elastics. When you see me out running errands, chances are my hair is in a braid and I have a hat on. Now as much as I love a hat I also really hate to do my hair. Keep about 300 in your purse because then your guaranteed to be able to find at least one.
-Bobby Pins. You wouldn’t believe the difference you can make in your appearance using some bobby pins when you have somewhere to be in five minutes. From pinning your hair back into a bun (using an elastic…see, told you they’re handy) to pinning your bangs back off of your face. You’ll be good to go.
-Colgate Wisp Disposable Toothbrushes. They have toothpaste already on them so you use them and throw them away. Goodbye Caesar salad breath. Or Caesar breath. Depending on which way your afternoon went.
-Dental Floss. I’m a stickler for teeth so I’m always checking them. I also know gods hilarious and the second i run into someone i know will be the time i have a huge strawberry seed stuck in between my front teeth.
-Gum. Always.
-8 Pounds of candy and toys. Thanks for that Cash.

And those my friends are some of my purse staples. I of course left out the half eaten sucker and piece of Kleenex that my son used to blow his nose on. I figured you don’t need to throw those gems into your bag. I also assumed i didn’t need to drop the tampon bomb again either. It’s basically a list of super easy and amazing products that I love. If your interested in any of them you can find them all at Sephora and Shoppers Drug Mart.
