When your juicing you can use measurements however you would like to your taste. As long as you use all of the ingredients. Usually though for things like kale, lettuce, ect start with a handful and add more if needed. Lemons and limes start with one. If it calls for carrots, apple, cucumbers, beets ect then start with two. Any liquids added should be about 1 cup. For cinnamon and ginger, start with 1 tsp and if you want a little more zing then add more. But remember that these are singular juices, not a pitcher. If three days of juicing seems a little excessive then just start with one of the juices every morning for breakfast and slowly work up to trying a full day. For those with limited time during the day, make them up the night before and keep them in the fridge in labelled water bottles or jars. Then it’s literally just a case of grabbing and going. Why not give it a shot? You might be surprised at just how good your body will feel after.
