Have you jumped on the huge trend that’s happening right now with celery juice? I’ll be honest. It doesn’t exactly taste the greatest, BUT you can dress it up pretty easily by adding apple, lemon, ginger, whatever your little tastebuds desire. Why celery juice? This is why.

Celery Juice In The Blender

1 bunch of celery, washed with ends chopped off
1/2 cup water

Directions

1. Place celery and water into blender.
2. Blend well.
3. Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or a thin kitchen towel.
4. Drink immediately for the best benefits or store in a large mason jar with lid. Use that day though.

For variation you can add 2 small chopped apples and lemon juice to the blender with your celery.
