Happy Easter everyone! I hope that the Easter bunny was as good to you as he was to my son (flash to me eating chocolate). Between the salt, chocolate and carbs its not a good look over here. And if you hear god awful squealing tomorrow please don’t be alarmed. It’s just going to be my pants screaming for their life when I try to put them on. So if your feeling like you need to get back in track like i am, try giving this cardio workout a try.It’s done indoors so don’t be afraid to give it your all and be a sweaty mess. I will be. 60 seconds jumping jacks
60 seconds side to side leap
Rest 60 seconds
60 seconds run in place
60 seconds shuffle side to side

One Minute Intervals

60 seconds mountain climbers
Rest 30 seconds
60 seconds burpees
30 seconds rest
60 seconds high knees
30 seconds rest
60 seconds squat jump from side to side

Repeat twice

Thirty Second Intervals

30 seconds air jacks
15 seconds rest
30 seconds squat jumps
15 seconds rest
30 seconds jumping lunges
15 seconds rest
30 seconds jumping lunges

Repeat twice
