I find that trying to drink the recommended daily amount of water is super hard to pull off. So I’ve started trying to trick myself into making it fun. Hello flavor infused water!! It’s like a trip to the spa……if the spa had a noisy four year old running around and crayons scattered everywhere. Here are some amazing combos to try. I find you can’t really follow a recipe. It’s more to taste. So start with a smaller amount because you can always add more flavor. If you ended up getting a little over zealous then just add some more water to balance it all out.
1- Mint and Rose Petals
2- Mint and Lavender
3- Grapefruit, Mint and Coconut
4- Blackberry Sage
5- Ginger Mint
6- Lemon and Orange
7- Apple and Cinnamon
8- Cucumber and Mint
9- Peach and Sage
10- Pomegranate and Rosemary
It’s best to mix your infused water and leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours so that the flavors have time to develop. And for a little extra twist you can always freeze some of the mint, ect into your ice cubes to make every drink have a little extra flavor. Enjoy!
