With summer just around the corner, its on a lot of people’s minds to drop a couple of the winter pounds they’ve put on ( and by people I mean me). When winter is here I want to live in a pot full of macaroni and cheese. Then the seasons start to change and I think “uh oh, stop living like a bear cub Steph”. Obviously to achieve this I have to burn off more calories than I consume. That’s step one. However there is also another huge factor at play and that’s metabolism.
