Well, I happened to get my greasy little hands on those pre-made juice recipes so that you can quietly detox in the privacy of your own home. Try it for three days and see how great you feel after. Mid-Morning: Fuel Juice

Lunch: Purify

1/4 Cucumber

Mid Afternoon: Reef Juice

1 Apple
2 Celery stalks
1 Bunch of kale
Handful of collard greens
1/2 lemon
1 Slice ginger
Handful of spinach

Dinner: Green Supreme Juice

2 Apples
1 Bunch Kale
1/2 lemon

Dessert: Blue Dream Juice

14 Ounces organic cashew milk
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla extract
1 Banana
1 Tbsp. Agave nectar
Pinch of Cinnamon and Nutmeg

All Day Long Drink

14 Ounces purified water
2 Lemons
1/2 Tsp. Cayanne pepper
2 Tbsp. Agave nectar
