I’m a serious smudger. Bad vibes are not welcome in my home. I will smudge my family, my pets, all electronics, and my house in one clean sweep. If you’re into the practice of smudging, then be sure to say a prayer before you start and also end with a thank you. The universe can hear you and will appreciate it. Here is a cleansing prayer for you if you should ever find yourself needing one.

I am now choosing to cleanse myself and release any and all thought forms, beings, situations, and energies that are no longer of service to my highest and greatest good… across all planes of my existence, across all universes, and across all lifetimes. I ask that all energies that are less than love be transmuted for the highest good of all.

And so it is.

I actually just used this the other day when I went to help a friend smudge her house. The house had never been done before and we sure gave it a good blast. After we were done, the energy shift was remarkable. Everything felt calm, as if there was a film that we had cleaned away. Since spring is around the corner, I definitely suggest that you open all of your windows and doors and give your house a good cleansing. You’ll feel great after you’re done.
